Alibek Omarov 729c985eaf engine: client: consolidate dma, s_listener and bunch of separate sound globals into one snd global struct. Replace bit fields with bit flags in preparation for SoundAPI

Remove s_combine_sounds, it never worked great and was disabled by default.
